not very happy with this. ran pretty hard but went out a little fast and 3rd mile was slow. i think that i gave up a bit at this point or certainly did not have any extra kick. 6:08, 6:27, 6:47, 6:29, 6:26, 7:50 for last 1.2. Dissapointed but oh well a god tempo workout and something to build from.
