Finally got in a good Long run since my injury. I set out only to do 16 with Ryan and Dan, but ended up extending it an extra 2 miles. Legs felt really good the entire run and I feel fine after. I plan to do a workout next weekend for a long run as well as a tempo this Thursday. I'm going to set out and write up a modified 9 week plan to finish my buildup for Savannah marathon
