Notes

2 mile warmup, 4 x 2mile with 2min recoverys, 2 mile cooldown

Ran at LMP on the gravel half mile ovals. My legs had some 'pop' to them this week... Something that was missing last week in the mid-week workout. I felt comfortable, but my legs havent started to feel the effects of the taper yet..... It's only been 3 days though. Still considering a 10k race this weekend... probably won't decide till Friday, lol. Only 16 days till Savannah
