Notes

Woke up with a limp. Got into see Doctor Joe at 11:50 AM. My pelvis is tilting inward more than it's supposed to causing my periformis muscle to tighten up, causing the crazy pain. He worked on it and stretched it; pain eased a little but continued to hurt for the rest of the day. I stretched before bed again and it seemed to help some. About to go to bed... hoping for good results.

Soo... No mileage today. Pissed off, but I know one rest day wont hurt me.
