Good workout. 2 mile warmup, 4 mile t pace, 5 min rest, 3 mile t pace, 4 min rest, 2 mile t pace, 1 min rest, 1 mile t pace... 1 mile cooldown.

I felt good, especially with this being my first workout in a while. I hit the 5:35 pace without much issue... felt strong throughout.
