Notes

Started off slow and feeling sore all throughout the legs. Hip/butt muscles were still tender, but not worse than yesterday. They actually began to get loose near the end of the run. Overall, the run felt like crap though... Didn't feel hydrated enough and slogged through 8 miles slowly.
