Notes
Since I didn't run yesterday, I decided to go hard today. Started off comfortably at 6:34, then progressively got faster until I went sub 6 the last mile. Definitely tired, but still felt good in spite of zero warmup. Achilles was a little tight at the start, but loosened up nicely. No problems.
I believe that was my first time sub 30 on the course and nearly went sub 29. Not too bad.
