Decided to make a new long course from my house, adding bike trail that goes to Lagoon to the Dickson Hill Loop. Plan was to go out 45 minutes and see where I'd be. At 47 minutes I was at the Cherry Glen intersection. On the way back I tried going through the new roads in Paradise Valley to Claybank.
Went out really easy (>7:30 first mile). Calves were still a little tight. Picked it up slightly on way back with help of gradual downhill. Felt fine for the distance. No problems.
