Ran 2 X 15 minutes @ marathon pace with 5 min. recovery. The first tempo went out too fast (sub 3 at half mile) but then settled down and probably a little over pace the rest of the way. Second tempo I didn't have markers, so I just went off effort. Overall, I was happy with how I felt. Warmup to Walters corner my legs were super tight, but once I got going, I didn't feel anything. A good first attempt at new workout.
