Notes

Three sets of 800, 600, 400, 200 with 1 min rest and 3-5 min between sets. Very warm, but workout felt very good and never pressed. My left foot, which prevented me from running yesterday, was not an issue. I only felt it a little when I was warming up and warming down. Workout was MUCH easier than last weeks. No problems.
