3 X Mile, Alamo Road
Felt better this week than last week's 1200's, although last one was a definite struggle. Ran on road with dots on side for 1/2 mile and mile marker. Last 100 meters were uphill for 1st and 3rd interval. Not much of a warmup, if any. Next time I might just warm up on my own just to make sure I don't pull anything.
