FUDGE!=Cramp or strain less than a mile into the third 4 mile section. Held on to two miles and tried to rub it down at the turnaround for a few seconds, but that didn't work. Ran about another quarter, then called it and jogged it back home. I was confident I was going to get this one up until I got the cramp (or strain). I think I'm in decent shape, but these little things keep coming up that prevent me from fully believing it.
