Notes

Woke up tired but not stiff this morning. Felt a little rough over the first few miles. Started to feel better by mile 3 and held a decent pace for the remainder of the run. Ran 4 x 10sec Hill Sprints. Decided to go 10 sec. vs. 8 to make up for possible lack of grade on the hill. Felt very strong for these.
