Another warm afternoon run. Legs felt good right out the door. Pace wasn't quick, but I tried to keep it easy and not punish myself in the heat. About 30 yards before my Hill Sprint starting point I rolled my left ankle over on a rock in the middle of the road. I could hear it pop but was able to jog it off. Iced after I finished GS exercises. My 6 x 8 sec. Hill Sprints were all run strong and although the left me winded, they felt good.
