Notes

Nice long run. Key workouts this week have been easier with the help of taper. All completed at or better than goal pace. Ran 1st minute of miles 3-16 at or below RP. Ran mile 15 in 6:48 (wasn't easy; difficult hill climb.) Felt much fresher after finishing than last week.
