8mi. E + 4 x 30sec. Strides (Add On)

Felt slightly sluggish at the start but started feeling better around mile 4. Added strides following run. Averaged 4:59!! The Hudson plan doesn't call for strides (Hill Sprints instead.) My normal pace for strides used to be around 5:22 not too long ago.
