Notes
Woke up fresh. Had gone to bed early (v. tired/cranky.) at 9pm. Legs weren't stiff but felt mildly jelly-like. Had to run 1st mi. slow (9:45) to keep HR down. Rest of the run wasn't as far off recent pace. Legs still feel tired but I expect to recover well for tommorrow's tempo run. No aches or pains recently although my right hamstring has a v. mild tightness that I did not even feel during run today.
