After a long week of running, I hovered near 9:00 pace regardless of hills or decent. Legs weren't too tired, just didn't have much pop in them. Picked pace and effort up slightly @ 1 hour mark. Pace dropped by 30 sec for 6 miles, but I wasn't pressing much at all. Slowed down climbing mile 13 and never bounced back. Moderate effort only produced steady pace for last 11 minutes.
