Wasn't sure how my legs would hold up tonight. Yesterday's E run felt so-so. Warmed up on a bike trainer and got going @ moderate effort from the start. Just settled into pace and felt great for the run. Got a little tired for the last 1.5 miles, but felt good at the finish.
