Felt rough warming up this morning. Debated on the tempo length even after the 1st mile. Decided to stick the 5 miles out and just give it a good effort. Fairly satisfied with results considering how tired my legs were. My weight has been up a few pounds this week and I've eaten relelively healthy. The past few days my legs have had a "pumped up" feel to them as if I'd been doing some form of leg lifts. It's almost as if the are holding water weight?
