Notes

Legs felt a little tired this morning but slightly better after lunch. Only plan was to get in 9 miles with an easy start and faster finish. After natural pace progression over miles one and two I decided to drop the pace by 10 seconds each mile. Seemed to work out well. A few hills were tough and I worked fairly hard on the last mile.
