Rt. Ac. Tendon was a touch stiff yesterday morning (off day.) Felt fine when I woke up today but was "iffy" again on 1st warm up mile. Got better and better from 3rd lap of warm up on. Didn't notice during workout.

Great Workout!! 200's were faster than goal of 42sec, but did not require an all out effort. 1000m intervals were tough but I pushed through them well. Last 2 400's weren't too bad. Got my paces for today from Daniels running formula based on VDOT of 52 (most of my training has been based on VDOT of 50.)
