Fell short of my 15 mile goal, but was pleased overall. Especially for a treadmill day. At 7.5 miles I picked the pace up to ~7:50/mile. HR stayed around 165 @ this pace for 2-3 miles before creeping into the 170's. I backed off the pace but started having gas pains @ 10.5 miles. Had to throw in the towel by 12 miles.
