Notes
Quads were tight at start of workout and took a pounding over last two fast intervals at foot strike. Both ankles were stiff last night and this morning but loosened up nicely for intervals. Only ran 4 intervals. Last one was v. tough at the finish. Struggling with balancing loss of conditioning (over previous 2 wks.), working out hard, and recovering for next workout. Worked hard today. Just not as long as I hoped I'd be ready for.
