Training has been going well and I expected a better day today. Legs were a little tight and heavy following an off day. I'm guessing the hill sprints Monday evening wore me down. Pace really dropped for reps 4-6. Went from 3:00/800m to 3:08. Last rep could have been slower but I poured it on over the home stretch. The 2 mile cool down was tough. Skipped GS exersizes. May try to get them in this evening?
