Struggling loosing lately. Diet could improve, but doesn't seem like it has been too bad?

V. good run. HR stayed down. Legs were fresh and felt quick today. If I wasn't running up hill, it felt effortless. Continue to maintain better pace up hills while keeping HR near 150bpm.
