Goal 22mi. with last 11 @ Moderate Effort
Actual: 19mi. ; miles 11-13 @ Moderate Effort; long walk break before 19th mile
After 3 days off (my legs and body were exhuasted) I still felt a litte tired, but didn't know what to expect out of today's run. I began a little off normal pace, but didn't feel too rough. By mile 8 though, I could tell it was going to be a tough run. At mile 11, I picked up to moderate effort and felt comfortable. But, at the end of mile 13, I just couldn't maintain the effort and backed off hoping to comlete 22miles. By mile 15 my legs started aching. Decided to walk in from mile 18 and minimize the damage. Slogged in 1 last mile after a 1/2 mile walk to finish the day. Had a serving of Endurox and crashed for a little over an hour.
