V. Good run on bum ankle. Had no idea what to expect after 10 day forced break from running. Taped anke before run and it did not have any pain. I was nervous running near and on side of road at the start.
mile 1 - 6:30 (fast, but it seemed to come easy)
mile 2 - 6:52
mile 3- 6:51
mile 4- 6:55
mile 5 - 7:06 (last hill took a lot out of me, felt horrible at the crest)
mile 6.2 - 8:15 (6:53 pace)
