3mi. E + 3 x 10min. @ 1/2M / 10K Pace w/ 4min. AR + 3mi. E
I had hoped to run one of the intervals @ 6:10 pace but settled on 6:15 for the 1st. Stayed under 1/2M pace for all but had to work for it as my HR showed. Seemed to recover well over last 3 miles.
