Notes
Ran the US 10K course from White Water to Cobb Galleria and back. Hills are longer and tougher than I train on.
Mi. 1 - Short downhill start followed my tough opening hill
Mi. 2 - Short downhill followed by long tough hill, Make it up and get rolling before 3 mi. mark
Mi. 3 - Keep rolling down, levels out with managable acents and quick decents
Mi. 4 - Managable acents and quik decents
Mi. 5 - Another tough climb with a few small breaks
Mi. 6 - Still hilly ending with decent
6.2 - finish up hill, try to keep pace (and breakfast) regained at end of mi. 6
