Recovering well from quality workouts. Cold seemed better last night and had a little more energy this morning. Felt good running other than the 3 strides and 2 hill sprints (using "sprint" loosely.) They didn't feel very fluid this morning. On the other hand they weren't draining and I returned to E pace quickly. Nice to get in 9 before work. Praise God for the strength and lack of a nagging injury like the achilles tendon that has bothered me in the past.
