Notes
Wasn't very fresh this morning following a late evening 4mi. run and only getting 4 hours of sleep. Legs weren't too weak, just lacking pop. Ran 4 laps around East Lake. On 3rd lap I ran the long stretches between moderate and comfortably hard and on the 4th lap I ran the short streches between comfortably hard and hard. Pace wasn't great for effort but hopefully will come in time.
