Great way to finish a solid week of running. Legs were a little tired but took is easy for 1st hour of the run, before picking it up a little. By mile 10 I was still feeling strong, but could tell I was going to work hard today. Hit a bit of a rough patch over mile 13 but worked through it (E-Gel may have helped @ 20K.) Still felt strong @ mile 15 so I ran mile 16 @ moderate effort in 7:54. Got on it over mile 17 finishing in 6:44 w/ HR avg. of 171. Felt good to know I could drop a subMarathon pace mile finishing the long run. Good place to be almost 6 months out from race.
