Notes
I warmed up a mile then started my 4x1mile pickups. I was supposed to run 4 at 5:59 pace according to my marathon plan with a half mile jog in the middle. All was was for the first two, however, it got a little hot out and my legs still aren't recovered from the 15 miler. So 2 in 5:53 and 6:10 is all i could muster up. My watch has also went rouge on me now it does every half mile split so need to fix that. Wasn't a great overall workout but glad that run is over. Could have been a lot worse.
