Really nice easy run up the A1A along the beach. Ran with Steve easy. It was my recovery day and his too since he ran a trail marathon yesterday. My leg wont hurt at all right now as i'm basically running every other day, however, at the end of my run after I finish it will begin to hurt again. I find out the results of my MRI on Wednesday and at that point Ill know what I can do to hopefully get this thing to finally go away. Happy was able to run this evening!!
