Tried to do it slow enough so I wouldn’t have to walk. Still walked twice. My calves hurt and my legs were sore. Hopefully just getting adjusted to be worked more in the gym. I still seemed winded which pisses me off, when will that improve? Not sure I believe the heart rate track. I was wearing the polar strap... seems to be very erratic.
