Notes

2 mile warmup, 10 minute tempo, 6 minute interval, 4 minute hard on track over hurdles, then 2x2 minute hard over hurdles. Packs were broken up and people were going pretty hard during the beginning of the workout. Didn't feel the best during the 10 minute tempo but the rest felt okay.
