Notes

I did chapmans Monday set of core workouts. All were completed in 30 second intervals

Then I lifted the Day 1 workout plan and squatted 65 pounds and did the same for RDLs and used 30 pound dumbbells for the arm exercises.

My back and core is improving immensely and I am starting to notice it on my runs now.
