Notes

I started using Kinesio tape today. I ran 3 miles and it didn't help out very much because i only applied 1 layer to my leg. After that I biked for 50 minutes relatively hard then when I got back I put on three layers of tape then ran an easy mile and it was perfect. So I am very excited to try it out tomorrow.
