Put on Jimi Hendrix "Electric Ladyland" and plugged away on the treadmill. Was going to run outside but heard some thunder and used caution. Had to drag out the treadmill from storage but it was worth it. Decided to do a fartlek so as not to get too bored. Ran 10 minutes at regular pace, then threw in 1-minute surges at 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 minutes. Was going pretty quick. Not to slow in between. Then went 90 seconds at 40 minutes. Ran to 46 minutes, which I estimate to be 7. Again, the display on my treadmill has long since broken. Felt pretty good.
