Notes
Well, back to running after 2 days off. It's back to picking up the kids after work season, which means it's harder to squeeze runs in. I squoze one in today in the only available pre-dinner window. Made it count. Nice route, nice temperature. Felt pretty good. A little stiff still from Monday's run and last night's softball.
