Notes

Mostly sunny but windy. Ran a 1/2 lap as a warm up. Then ran 1 whole lap and walked a lap. Did this twice. Kept the pace slow and didn't feel too bad. Back was a little sore the first few steps but settled down. Definitely could not do another half lap. Ran one more 1/2 lap and a pretty fast pace. Legs really rubbery the last 50 yards and cardio maxed out. Legs really got a good workout though.
