Notes

Sunny, cooler, no humidity, really nice morning to run. Plan was to run 10 miles or so. Ran the ATV road to the Fox Run trail which dumped me out on the road just before the Ridge Trail. Stayed on the road and did the Bradford Loop clockwise to the Deer Path trailhead. Kept the pace pretty steady and ran all the hills. Once on the single track, ran pretty hard for about a mile, to the bridge. Saw a guy on a mountain bike pedaling the opposite way. Made it back out to the road and realized I was going to be short of 10 miles. Headed down the road and came out at the picnic area. Ran back to the Harrington Path, then took the Porcupine Trail back. Ran this loop pretty hard even though I was really feeling the distance. Good run, really nice morning. Left side sciatic was bothering my most of the time on the road. Stopped to stretch a few times and it seemed to help. Had a GU at the Bradford intersection. Could have used a GU on the Deer path. Everything felt ok after.
