Notes

Sunny, very warm for November, 64 deg. It's been a great stretch of weather and warmer this weekend. Wore my orange stuff so I could run the MTB trails. Saw a couple ladies walking their dogs on the trail who also had orange on. Took the usual road way over to Hosmer. Stopped at one of the big rocks next to the Tennis courts road to stretch my groin. Ran the singletrack around to the back of the high school and headed up Tow Rope. Felt like my fitness is dropping of with the fewer miles the last month. My groin was complaining too quite a bit, mostly on the climbs. Stopped at the top of the old lift to recover for a bit. Kept going all the way out to In Road. Going downhill once I landed on my left foot and felt a similar sharp pain that started all this. It got better after a bit. Took In Road down to Fawntastic and ran the down to Bull Pine. My groin felt better on this stretch. Stopped at the stream to pee and enjoy the scenery, a really nice day to be in the woods. At the end of Bull Pine I climbed up the big hill, hiking, and I could feel my back above my butt pulling, but not painful. Ran Take Off back to Scottie's and stopped at the big sign to recover before taking the same way back to the mill. Legs were pretty tired and quads kinda sore at the end. Woke up with my left front hip flexor sore and it was sore after the run. I don't know if all this PT is really helping. Stretched after some, but couldn't stretch my quads because my hamstring cramped up immediately. Good workout, great day to run!

Gear: shorts, short tech T, head band, water pack
