Notes
Partly sunny, windy, not too cold, 28 deg. wind chill 18. Ran the usual route to the high school and back through Stickytown. Tried to keep a moderate pace, slightly uncomfortable. I had a hard time maintain it after leaving the high school, I felt tired, like I was running out of gas. It’s seems to be common around this point. Stopped to check the trail off Porter West and it was like flour. Felt better once I started in on the hills and the rest of the way back. Good run. Streets were mostly just wet but some snow and slush from the storm yesterday.
