Last run before heading out to camp to put on the metal roof. Ran Val's singletrack loop. Down Homestead and all the way out to the ATV. Up Ridge, walked some but ran the steep part and all the way to the top. Felt pretty good. At the start of Deer Path extention I saw a dog running towards me and then his human came along. The guy apologized but the dog was friendly and just kept going. Ran Deer Path and took Fox Run back out to the ATV. Ran the race singletrack and finished on Porcupine. Pushed the pace a little on this one and felt pretty good. Probably going to drop off some with no long run this weekend.
Gear: shorts, tank, headband, water pack
