Notes
Sunny, hot, and humid. Had to run up to Adley's to get my car. Decided to do some hill repeats on the old road on the backside of the falls. Ran up to to the fence by the new trail, then back to 108. Did this 3 times. On the second time I ran up the trail that starts going up high on the power lines just to get a little extra. After the third time I kept going. I stopped at the lookout to take a video of the water roaring over the dam, from all the rain we had over the weekend. Continued on to Adley's and hit 3 miles which was my goal. Good run, slow due to the heat. Glad I got it in. Didn't have to stop to poop.
