First snowstorm of the season. Really cold and windy too. Outside of my left knee was a little sore walking to work, almost like IT band pain. Decided just to spin on the bike in the Fitness Room.
Created a HIIT timer with 6 sets: 1:00 min stand-up and climb, 4 min spin (95-100 rpm), plus a 3:00 min warm-up and 5:00 min cool-down. Felt pretty good, the 1:00 min hill didn't seem too long, but felt it in my quads. Knee felt ok after. A good work-out for first time back on the bike.
