Bob, Steve, and I. Cloudy cool with a little wind. Rode out 120 and went up to the top of Roxbury notch. Came back same way but went across Frye Bridge and back to town on Rte. 17. Didn't push the pace too hard as I didn't want to kill my legs for the 2 trail races this week-end. Felt good, legs got a good workout but not too hard. Legs didn't feel sore at all later. Got a really good view of the wind mills. Pretty neat.
