MTB lunch ride with Bob and Mark. Did the ledge. Made it all the up the steep climb without a foot down, first time! Felt good and did not use inhaler. Lungs felt good climbing, I think this made a big difference. Raced Bob up railroad street hill, was in too low a gear or would have caught him. Good burn though. Legs dead after ride.
